Shared Server

Your system is installed in its own completely independent and secured section of a high-performance server. Each customer section has its own security, completely separate and secured database, file storage, and reporting. Daily backups for each individual customer are kept to ensure total privacy and the comfort of knowing you can always retrieve your data. The number of customers on each server is carefully managed and monitored to ensure full performance for each customer. Shared customers are limited to a maximum of 10 users.

Dedicated Server

Your system is installed on its own completely independent and dedicated server. Your server is safe within a highly secure facility. Dedicated servers can serve up to 30 users, and can be linked together in a load-balanced environment to enable expansion beyond 30 users and to provide greater performance in heavy-use situations. A dedicated server is also enables VPN and Secure Enterprise Access using an optional dedicated firewall.
