Perhaps one of the simplest tasks Siri can perform, and often one of the most overlooked. Think about the number of times you’ve gone through page after page of app icons looking for the right one, when all you had to say was, “Launch Facebook.”
You can use Siri to search the web by prefixing your query with "Google," which could be used to Google "best iPad games," for example. But remember, Siri can answer many basic questions without opening a web browser. Just ask "How old is Paul McCartney?" or "How many calories are in a doughnut?" Even if Siri doesn't know the exact answer, it can still pull up relevant information. Asking "Where is the Leaning Tower of Pisa?" might not get you "Pisa, Italy," but you will get the Wikipedia page.
