To heal your Pals in Palworld, you can feed them food directly from your inventory. Open your inventory and highlight a specific food item (e.g. berries or meat), then right-click. You will see a panel that allows you to select your character or all Pals in your party. Later, after you unlock the Small Feed Bag, you can place food in a container in your inventory.
