For anyone who still has some last-minute preparations to do for The Final Shape, you’re in for a treat today. While there’s a lot of new stuff coming with next week’s expansion, there are also plenty of old dogs learning some new tricks.

In preparation, Bungie has released upcoming changes to The Final Shape sandbox, specifically surrounding existing Exotic weapons and armor pieces. While there are of course some nerfs on the way, there are quite a few Exotics that are confirmed to be receiving buffs or reworks that will greatly increase their effectiveness going forward.

To help Guardians figure out their builds for TFS, here is a list of five select Exotics that I highly recommend paying attention to. This list includes one armor piece for each class and two weapons.

First up are the Ballidorse Wrathweavers for Warlocks. These Stasis-themed gauntlets were released in Lightfall with the goal of giving the Winter's Wrath super more power and utility. Specifically, Wrath's heavy pulse would deal more shatter damage, and all allies would gain a 4x Stasis Weapon Surge and a free overshield. The additional buffs could also be applied by casting Rift with the Frostpulse aspect equipped.
