As mentioned, both OnePlus 8 devices are 5G compatible. The two leading carriers in the United States, Verizon and T-Mobile, will sell the cheaper OnePlus 8 at launch, but have not yet announced plans for a Pro variant. Verizon’s OnePlus 8 supports millimeter-wave 5G and costs $100 more.
