Constant use of anything leads to problems. Computers are no different and you could argue that people spend more time on them, including smartphones, than on anything else. Except maybe sleeping. This can lead to, or worse, a number of serious medical conditions.
We'll first look at the health problems that can be caused or exacerbated by computer use, and then we'll look at what you can do to prevent these things from happening, or at least minimize them.
