After the chaos surrounding Regulation G's show of power, which saw everyone play with titans like Calyrex-Shadow, Miraidon, and Raging Bolt, Regulation H bans all banned Pokémon and all Legendary and Paradox 'mon.
Regulation H marks the first time since the early days of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet ranked battles that Paradox Pokémon are not allowed. This throws the vast majority of meta team comps out the window, with major threats like Flutter Mane, Iron Hands, and Walking Wake no longer there.
You can't simply go back to your Regulation A team compositions, however, as all of the non-legendary and paradox Pokémon added in the Teal Mask and Indigo Disk DLCs are still making waves. The lowered power levels may give some of them a chance to shine.
