If you want to hang up some nice posters, but you live in a student house or apartment where you might get damage claims, this method with small magnets is worth a try. No more annoying holes in the wall.

The tip comes from Japanese anime fan Kirishima who recently shared his ingenious poster hanging trick on Twitter (above). To do it, all you need is some paperclips, some tape, and some magnets. Here’s what to do once you have the supplies:

Stick four paperclips on the wall, where the four corners of your poster will go.

Hang the poster in place and then stick a few magnets in each corner where the paperclips are hidden.
