Everyone loves a hellish surprise. Prepare to crave 2D art again, because Hades 2 is now available as a shadow drop as part of Steam Early Access.

The sequel to the popular roguelike action-RPG Hades 2 brings back the beloved formula with gameplay and visual enhancements, along with an all-new story set in the Underworld and beyond, featuring a cast of "dozens of fully voiced, larger-than-life characters, including many new faces and some old friends."
The original game has been in early access for a while, so the sequel may follow suit to give the developer a chance to make changes and add content before the full game is released. A small-scale technical test ended just a week ago, and the game is now ready for the general public.
“Getting player feedback during key development stages was vital for the original Hades, so we plan to repeat that process again once this game moves forward,” Supergiant said on the game’s Steam page.
