The Acer TC-885’s relatively small size makes it ideal for a small desk or home office. The TC-885 is vertically oriented and has an attractively angled, minimal front panel. The front houses the power button, a slim (and vertically oriented) optical drive for DVD reading/writing, a headphone jack, a microphone jack, one standard USB 3.1 Gen 2 port, and one USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port. The DVD drive’s tray feels a little fragile compared to other optical drives found in similarly priced PCs, but it was ejected and usable without issue during testing.
