Adobe Muse lets you create web pages using a similar workflow to publishing; you don't need to have in-depth knowledge of the code that builds a site or page, although familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript doesn't hurt. While traditional web video is typically added via the HTML5 Video API, Adobe Muse accomplishes the same thing via widgets that create the HTML 5 required for specific tasks but use a plain-language interface within Muse to write the code when the page is published.
"Adding a Video to Adobe Muse"
Once you have installed the widget, you can create the page where the video will be used.
Before you begin, create a folder for your Muse site. Inside that folder, create another folder – we’ll use “media” – and move your mp4 and webm versions of the video into that folder.
When you launch Muse, select File > New Site.
