Now that 2XKO is playable through the fighting game's early alpha playtests, players are especially curious to see which playable champions will be making the jump from League of Legends to 2XKO.
2XKO PROJECT L All 23 Champions Leaked – Riot Fighting Game
Since the League fighting game was confirmed at Riot Games’ massive 10th anniversary event, the developers have been revealing a lot of details about the fighter. For example, the game will be free-to-play and an assist-based title with two champions per team. Additionally, there will be a huge character roster.
“Our ultimate goal is to have a diverse and inclusive roster where everyone can find a champion that truly speaks to them,” said Shaun Rivera, lead gameplay design at 2XKO. “There are a lot of considerations including, but not limited to, fighting fantasy, theme, archetype, team synergy, race and ethnicity, personality, identity, size, etc.”
This translates into what should be an ever-evolving 2XKO roster. The full cast of playable fighters that will appear in the full game has not yet been set in stone, but we do know plenty about current and future characters.
