The High Banks Vault, which you’ll find while exploring the city, requires an access code. While a side quest may lead you to this vault, it’s not required to access the vault’s contents. The access code “325” will open the vault, providing a supply of high-quality materials useful for your basic upgrades and crafting.
The safe is located at an intersection in Western High Banks, hidden inside a dilapidated storefront, recognizable by a purple light that indicates interaction. Entering the correct combination of numbers will unlock the safe and reward you with a random collection of valuable resources. Just make sure to look at the cash register to enter the required combination, and the safe will automatically open.
