In round eight of Backpack Battles, you'll choose from one of five subclasses for the Berserker. Each subclass comes with a unique item that you can purchase from the store, which provides buffs and other effects for your character. The Berserker subclasses are as follows:

Due to the unpredictable nature of the shop, the best Berserker subclass will depend on your character build when you reach round eight. For example, if you've crafted a lot of items, the Blacksmith will give you the most benefit. On the other hand, if you've found a lot of Gemstones, the Shaman will help you capitalize on them with Luck buffs. I recommend having a subclass in mind when you first start a run and choosing your items accordingly.
