With every annual Call of Duty, players can’t wait to grind and unlock new Mastery Camos to deck out their weapons. Black Ops 6 will include four of these camos for Multiplayer and Zombies, and for the first time, Warzone will also get a dedicated Mastery Camo challenge.

First, you’ll need to complete the base camo challenges to unlock Military and Unique Camos. Once these base patterns are unlocked, you can then proceed to obtain Mastery Camos for each weapon, all of which are shown below.

These are some classic camo patterns inspired by previous Black Ops games and they look very appealing. One developer claimed during the CoD Next event that “Black Ops 1 gold camo was supposed to be the best, but we surpassed it.” While the first two Mastery Camos are static, Dark Spine and Dark Matter are animated with shifting patterns. Additionally, the dynamic nature of the Dark Matter camo adds some eye-catching effects (yellow sparks) to the skin when you fire the weapon.

Like every other Treyarch game in the franchise, players can complete camo challenges in Zombies to earn a different set of Mastery Camos. While I prefer the Multiplayer camos this time around, these are also flashy, especially Afterlife. The challenges can range from taking out different types of zombies to using different ammo mods. Nebula has a bluish pattern, but when you shoot it, the dynamic effect adds a colorful glow to the skin, similar to that of a Nebula (hence the name).
