Many of these items require you to spend Multibucks that you have to buy with real money. That doesn’t apply to Career rewards. You simply unlock them by playing. How to get FREE skins and multibucks in THE FINALS
You need to earn XP, which you get as you play the game more. You can play any mode: Quick Cash, Tournament, etc. However, if you want to speed things up, you should focus on completing contracts. These are nothing but your daily and weekly challenges.
The best challenge is to win the first match of the day, which will earn you 4000 XP on its own. You can also complete 2, 4 and 5 daily contracts for an additional 2000 XP each.
You can track the next career reward at the end of the match. It shows you your current career and battle pass level, as well as the VRs you have earned. Here you can see what your next reward will be.
