The three Wish Tags will not be presented to you again after this. They will appear at three points in the Moon-Chasing Festival quest chain as you play through the story. Completing each puzzle will unlock a wish from a Huanglong local, and you will need to work on fulfilling it before unlocking the next wish.
When the quest asks you to interact with Patty, you will be presented with a console with three to four circuits. Your goal is to connect the nodes of the same color without crossing them. To do this, simply drag along the path to connect one color at a time.
Refer to the image above to solve the first Wish Tag puzzle, which will unlock Xiaosheng's wish. While there are a number of ways to solve it, I recommend following the references exactly as they are to avoid mistakes. If you make a mistake, click the Reset button at the bottom right of the screen to start over.
