As you know, Encryption Block puzzles are solved by placing key repeaters on the correct tiles with their arrows pointing in the desired directions. The key is to light up the entire puzzle floor.
You can turn the key repeater while it is floating.
You will find an Encyption Block puzzle on one of the roofs in the Distribution Center (Tiger's Maw). There are many ways to solve it, I'm sure you don't need my help at all, but here it is anyway:
