There are two bodies to choose from in the game: Type I and Type II. Both have their own hairstyles, although some overlap with different body types. Each type has a total of 17 hairstyles to choose from in Once Human.
Once you select a Body Type, you can't change it later in the game. Hairstyles can be changed later, though, so think carefully about which body type has more different hairstyles that you like. Body type I goes with shorter haircuts, which fit a more traditionally masculine look. You can also opt for some longer haircuts.
