Inaya Shrines play an important role in Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn. There are eight shrines in Kian's world and you must visit them all if you want to maximize your health.

When Nor interacts with an Inaya Shrine, it will slightly increase her health. Visiting all eight shrines in the game will unlock the achievement "Small Mercies".
You can find Inaya Shrines in all three of Kian's regions: Three Peaks, Wanderer's Rest, and Dawn. As you approach their locations, they will appear on your map.
