Beza would fit perfectly in either of these decks.
By blinking her over and over again, a player could benefit from her abilities multiple times. Unfortunately, Beza's ETB effects are highly dependent on the board state. It is quite unlikely that a player can fully benefit from her abilities, even in a game of Commander with multiple opponents.
