Wizards of the Coast has partnered with Hatsune Miku for Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond Secret Lair. The first of four drops will be released during the Spring Superdrop.

Pop culture and MTG crossover once again via four Secret Lair drops featuring Hatsune Miku, a popular Vocaloid software voicebank developed by Crypton Future Media in 2007. The name Hatsune Miku is Japanese and means “the first sound of the future.” Like previous Magic IP crossovers, all Spring Superdrop Secret Lair cards are reprints with new art.
Some MTG Hatsune Miku Spring Superdrop Secret Lair cards have new names with the original name underneath, while others keep the original card name. Art for the Universes Beyond cards was illustrated by Jehan Choo, Justyna Dura, Mandy Jurgens, Dani Pendergast, Yuko Shimizu, and 出利/SYUTSURI.
