Below you will find all the NPCs in Type Soul and the easiest way to reach them in the game.
The only way to get accessories in Type Soul is to meet the NPC Nel Tu. You can find the NPC in a white building on the second lane of the Karakura Town district, to the left of the main bridge. Enter the shop and you will find the NPC Nel Tu on the bottom floor. Pay Kan and buy all essential/non-essential items from the NPC.
The Nel NPC helps you store all your valuables in the game, as the name suggests, and acts as a storage unit. You can find Nel sleeping on a chair just behind an alley in the playground area of Karakura Town. Interact with him to store all your valuables in the game.
