When you reach the end of Destiny 2's The Final Shape campaign, it's time to explore the Traveler and learn how to protect it from The Witness. As with each new region, there are various chests you can find that will grant you various rewards.
Destiny 2 – All Pale Heart Region Chests Location Guide (Pale Heart Gold Chests)
These chests are in fixed locations and are the same for every player in Destiny 2. While you can see them on your map, they take time to track down. These chests function the same as previous chests throughout the Sol system.
There are nine regional chests that you can find scattered throughout The Pale Heart. There are three in each major area: The Landing, The Blooming, and The Impasse. Each chest has a Ghost icon above it, which you can find on your map. The icon will disappear after you unlock and obtain the loot from the chest.
There are three of these to find when you enter The Landing after leaving The Loat City in Destiny 2. The first can be found south of the entrance to The Landing. It won’t be out in the open. Instead, look for a building carved into the side of a cliff. You should be able to reach it with the Strand grapple grenade, by jumping up onto the cliffs and using the small protrusions to jump inside. Once you reach it, follow the path to the back and you should be able to find the first chest.
