Below are all of the static power armor spawns in Fallout 4. This does not include power armor worn by enemies or sold by vendors, but only power armor that is out in the world waiting for you to pick it up.
While this list covers all power armor spawns in the base game and its two expansions, it excludes Creation Club content like the Hellfire Power Armor, which often comes from their own quests and doesn’t spawn naturally in the world. Additionally, with the exception of the unique spawns in Nuka-World and Far Harbor, the specific armor you pick will vary based on your level. That means any of these pickups can range from the basic Raider power armor all the way to the immensely powerful X-01, so it might be worth saving a few for later levels.
