For the first time in Pokémon Go Fest history, the 2024 global event will include Pokémon that can spawn during routes, for players looking for specific Pokémon.

This isn’t the first time this has happened, by the way. Niantic increased the number of Hisuian Pokémon during Pokémon Go Tour Sinnoh in early 2024. Now, Go Fest is getting in on the action, with a small number of Pokémon having a higher chance of appearing while walking the Routes on July 13th and 14th between 10am and 6pm local time.
Three Pokémon have a higher chance of spawning when walking a route at Pokémon Go Fest 2024: Global; those three Pokémon are:
Regardless of what habitat you’re in or what time of day, as long as you’re walking a route, these three Pokémon will have a higher chance of appearing. However, walking routes doesn’t increase the chance of finding a shiny version, as that still depends on RNG.
