There are a total of 10 status ailments in Palworld. Sometimes you will find that your Pals will suffer from them due to your mistreatment, but other things can also cause them to become out of your control.
A cold is bad luck, but luckily for players it is one of the most manageable status ailments to cure in Palworld. You need to acquire Low Grade Medical Supplies and give them to your sick Pal. You can get some randomly from Pal loot when you defeat Flopie, Lifmunk, or Vaelet.
