Here's how to deal with every monster in Lethal Company.
There are two categories of monsters in Lethal Company. You have Facility Monsters, which spawn and live exclusively in the facilities on the moon. Then you have Outdoor Monsters, which spawn outside of the facilities and chase you all the way to the ship.
Spore Lizards are completely harmless if you leave them alone. If provoked, they will emit purple smoke that obscures your vision. Spore Lizards can bite, but the damage is minimal. You don't have to worry about this creature at all. This creature can only kill if you have critical damage.
