Well, you can't, at least not locally. This mod was made possible with the help of a custom server and some special code and a lot of tweaking. If you want to recreate this experience, you'll need your own custom server. The good news is that the new server that Socksfor1 is using and creating is currently public and anyone in the world can join in on the fun.
