Windows 11 Beta Channel users can now use Android apps but surprisingly the same is not available for the Insiders under the Dev channel. You would think that the Dev channel would be the first to get the new feature. But anyway, here is a way to install Windows Subsystem for Android on a Dev Channel Windows 11 build and be able to run Android apps.

You can download the .msix bundle separately which is hosted on the web after you get it from Microsoft, or you can grab it yourself from the Microsoft Store. Once you have the .msix bundle on your local storage, you can use PowerShell or Terminal to install Windows Subsystem for Android on your system. Use one of the methods below depending on your preference.
