Interestingly, not all Spirits in Anime Defenders are as useful as you might think. Like Traits, some are only good for certain unit types, making them less valuable. Because of this, I have ranked some Spirits in higher tiers, even though they are not as rare as others. Below is a tier list of all Spirits in Anime Defenders.
The best Spirit in Anime Defenders is True Spirit. Getting this for your long range area of effect unit is a game changer. Imagine getting 75% better damage increase for one of your best damage dealers. And if that unit also has one of the best Traits out there, you'll be unstoppable. That being said, getting this Spirit is nearly impossible, as there's only a 0.3% chance to summon it.
