Dio is the best character in Anime Unlimited: Reborn. Unless he's weakened (which is always a possibility), make sure to get Dio as soon as possible. He's part of the Villain DLC along with Doomfist, so prepare your Gems if you like your bad guys with powerful attacks! Of course, make sure to learn the AU:R controls so you can use Dio's abilities to their full potential.
