Another Crab's Treasure may be a Soulslike on the surface, but it has some of the best accessibility options to help less skilled players like myself get through the game with ease. The best option by far is a literal Gun that can take out anything and everything in one go.

The gun isn't available at the start though, and it's greyed out when you first try to unlock it, and for good reason. You'll have to go through a small section of Another Crab's Treasure before you can get it, but don't worry, it won't take long.

To get the gun in Another Crab's Treasure, you'll need to progress far enough to unlock your first grenade, the soda can, which you'll need to pick up before the first big boss fight.

After you get your first shell, the Gun will automatically unlock. To equip it, open the Settings menu and go to Assist Mode. At the bottom of the settings, there is an option to give Kril a Gun. When you enable this option, you will instantly equip the one-shot Gun and be able to mow down any enemy you encounter.
