The AirPods Max came out in December 2020, which is technically an eternity ago. Apple might be updating its most premium headphones; here’s what we know.
LEAKED AirPods Max 2 – AVAILABLE IN 30 DAYS!!
Most of the rumors we've heard about the AirPods Max 2 come from Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, who says that Apple plans to update all of its AirPods offerings this year. If that's the case, we'd expect the new models to launch in late 2024, likely in November or December.
As the top-tier AirPods on the market, the AirPods Max 2 will have a price to match. The originals started at $549, and the next ones will likely do too. Meanwhile, Apple will sell the older versions at a discounted price.
