Android users can now access their iCloud photos, notes, and reminders (and the Finder iPhone app) via the mobile web.

While all of these apps (and more) are available on iOS as native apps and on desktop web browsers, this is the first time that Android users will be able to use iCloud. As NewsLanded reports, there are still some bugs to work out on Android, but generally the functionality is the same on both iOS and Android web browsers.

You can now browse your iCloud Photos through the web app, but you can only email or copy a link to your images for sharing. The iOS native apps offer a more robust sharing solution, but this is a huge boon for Android users who also keep their photos in iCloud.

The Notes app will pull in any iCloud notes you have, but typing into a new or previous note isn’t currently possible on Android; the iOS version works fine. There are text style controls at the top, including a checklist and table function.
