Why The First Descendant Has So Many Microtransactions | Asmongold Responds
On July 14, Asmongold responded to a video by ParallexStella titled "Why The First Descendant and other Korean games have so many microtransactions", in which he explains why Korean games have so many microtransactions and how the rest of the world (particularly American players) views this.
Asmongold responded: "I'm going to have a hot take. Get ready to get angry. I don't think there's anything wrong with The First Descendant's microtransactions"
Asmongold went on to say that the game is "pretty good" on the ethical scale, praising the game for not having a loot box or gacha mechanics, and not having any content behind a paywall.
