The ASUS Designo MX27UC certainly has a futuristic flair: viewed from above (as pictured on the packaging), it resembles the iconic black hole from the movie "Interstellar". There's a lot of shiny silver metal inside, and it's not just for show. The base and stand are both sturdy and heavy enough to provide a solid counterbalance to the 27-inch space they support.
