Just over a month after its launch, Asus is finally bringing the Zenfone 8 to the US.
Zenfone 8 – The most boring, INCREDIBLE phone ever.
Asus has revealed that the Zenfone 8, one of its latest high-performance devices, is making the jump to the US, Android Police reports. Released in May, the Zenfone 8 is just one of the company's latest offerings, packing the Snapdragon 888 platform into a smaller, more compact design than other flagship devices.
Part of the Zenfone 8’s appeal comes from its more compact display and the device’s size. While many flagship-spec phones flaunt large 6.3- or 6.5-inch displays, the Zenfone 8 opts for a more modest 5.9-inch Samsung AMOLED screen running at 120Hz with a 2400 x 1080 resolution and an always-on display.
The Zenfone 8 also packs a 64MP camera, with 4-axis optical image stabilization and a 78.3-degree field of view. The main camera is accompanied by a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera with F2.2 aperture, dual PD autofocus, real-time distortion correction, and support for 4cm macro shooting.
