Samsung recently unveiled two new foldable devices, the Galaxy Z Flip4 and the Galaxy Z Fold4. These new gadgets cost $1,000 and $1,700 respectively, making them unaffordable for many consumers.
AT&T Live: A Closer Look at the Samsung Galaxy Foldables
Or maybe not? AT&T is making the high price tags more appealing by offering substantial deals on both devices. The company says it’s giving away the Galaxy Z Flip4 for free and will match $1,000 toward the purchase of a Galaxy Z Fold4, as long as you pre-order through the carrier and jump through a few hoops.
Here’s how it works. You must already own a Galaxy phone, though there are no restrictions on age or condition. If you trade in that phone when you preorder, you’ll receive $1,000 in promotional credit, which will add up to the cost of a Z Flip4 or a large portion of the cost of a Z Fold4. This promotion brings the price of the Z Fold4 down to just $800.
Pre-orders also include a Samsung case and a memory upgrade for the phone of your choice. You can now queue up to pre-order the Z Flip4 or pre-order the Z Fold4.
