How to Export and Import Outlook Autocomplete Email List

Microsoft Outlook keeps a list of recently used email addresses that you typed into the To, Cc, and Bcc fields of an email message. Outlook stores most of your essential data in a .pst file, such as your email messages, contacts, and calendar items. The auto-complete list that appears when you start typing a name or email address is stored in a hidden message.

Check your Office version. Open Outlook and go to File > Office Account (or Account) > About Outlook. You will see 64-bit or 32-bit at the top.

Download MFCMAPI. There is a 32-bit and a 64-bit version of MFCMAPI. Download the correct one for your version of MS Office, not for your version of Windows.
