The sword is obtained by completing the Ruined Forge of Starfall Past, which is located near Moorth Ruins. To complete the dungeon, you must unlock the first door, then go through the second zone and climb the ladders just before the lone golem guarding an item.
Once there, you'll come to a platform where you can jump off onto a small bridge leading to another golem and a lever. Pulling the lever will open the door to the third zone, but to reach the sword, you'll need to pull it again to make the doors close. Then run over, climb up, and go left to find the furnace with the Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword.
This Greatsword is a Colossal Weapon, meaning its blows are quite slow, but harder than ever. The Ash of War is also a formidable ability that can deal incredible damage to players and mobs.
