Here are the top achievements in Baldur's Gate 3, ranked from best to worst:

As far as buffs and ability scores go, the best feat in Baldur's Gate 3 is the Ability Improvements. That's because it increases one or two of your abilities by 1, up to a maximum of 20. So, if you're a Barbarian and your primary ability is Strength, using this feat will increase your Rage or/and Danger Sense abilities. However, if you're a spell caster, we recommend the Magic Initiate feat for your classes. These include the Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, Warlock, and Wizard classes. This feat allows you to unlock two Cantrips, cast a level 1 spell, and gain a spell slot after a long rest.

If you want to beef up your defense, we recommend unlocking the Defensive Duelist feat for your classes. Whenever you’re attacked while you’re equipped with the Finesse weapons you’re proficient in, Defensive Duelist will cause the attack to miss. The best part? Even if the enemies do land an attack on you, it usually does slightly less damage. Alternatively, picking Shield Master is also a great feat for defense. This feat grants a +2 bonus on Dexterity Saving throws when you’re wielding a Shield.
