Backpack Battles is all about collecting your stuff in your bags to gain the most advantage. To win all rounds, you need the best possible items, good synergy and the right character. Here are some of my favorite builds.

While there are a lot of different possible builds, there are a few that I found to be the most synergistic and fun. These builds are partly about putting the items together correctly in the right place, but also rely heavily on luck with the RNG in the shop.
The Berserker is a character that is only available in the full release of Backpack Battles, and not in the demo. The Berserker has extra stamina and a rage meter that explodes once per round. To make the most of this power, you'll need to collect large weapons that deal massive amounts of damage, a ton of armor, and upgrade everything to its strongest form. The Double-Held Axe is a new item exclusive to the Berserker, and the Backpack Battle recipe requires two axes. You can also craft another equally powerful large weapon called the Busted Blade, which is made by using the Forging Hammer on the Impractically Large Greatsword. Here are some items to look out for:
