Even if you know exactly what skills you want in a Pal, you still have the annoying problem of finding a Pal with the stats you want. This guide will briefly explain how to assign Pals to your base and give you a clear list of the best worker Pals for every job category in Palworld.
I remember catching my first Penking and thinking, "This has to be one of the best base pals in the game – this guy does everything!" Fast forward a few hours and I had five Penkings running around my base, distracted by everything, and accomplishing a grand total of absolutely nothing. This is because Pals with too many suitable tasks get distracted by multiple tasks, and end up not being able to stay on one task long enough to complete it.
That said, a Pal who can complete multiple tasks isn’t inherently bad; it all depends on what tasks a Pal can do and what task you want them to do. Some tasks, like Lumbering and Mining, will always attract suitable Pals because they are always available in droves. Jobs like Electricity Generating and Medicine Production are much less likely to attract Pals because they are rarely passively available.
