Based on weapon stats, the HRM-9 has a time-to-kill of 612 milliseconds in Warzone. That TTK was originally extended to 20 meters, but the Season Two update reduced the SMG’s max damage range to 12.9 meters. It’s still one of the most used weapons in the game, though, so it works just fine.
