In general, there’s no point in building Critical Hit into a shotgun, as its base Critical Hit Rate is only two percent, compared to something like a sniper which has around 40 percent. You only get a limited number of High-Power rounds during combat, so to get the most out of your weapon you’ll want to lean on other offensive stats like Firearm ATK and Weak Point Damage.
