While playing Palworld, your main goal is to survive by any means necessary. This includes doing odd jobs around your base and venturing out into the wilderness to catch Pals. In this process, hunger is inevitable. If you let that hunger meter go down, you will lose your health. Therefore, cooking and eating food is also an important aspect of the game. You can collect consumables such as red berries and mushrooms, but these do not provide much nutrition for you or your Pals. Instead, collecting ingredients and cooking them will give you more nutrition plus sanity.
