There are a lot of abilities you can pick up in World of Warcraft Plunderstorm, but unless you grab the right ones to combo with, you’ll never achieve victory. The right combos make all the difference in the Plunderstorm update, so here are the best setups to give you an edge.

The best players in Plunderstorm use setup-based combos to chip away at your health very quickly. Why would you? If you don’t give your enemy a chance to heal, they’ll barely be able to react to anything you do. That’s why the following combos are the ones you should try to get during the first rush of a Plunderstorm match.

This combo is one of the deadliest you can use in Plunderstorm due to the amount of damage it can do in a few seconds. Quaking Leap works when you attack a target and open up with it. The ability stuns all targets hit while dealing decent damage. Immediately follow up Quaking Leap up with Fire Whirl to chip away at your enemy’s health, forcing them to scramble for health.

Windstorm works as a slightly worse Quaking Leap for this combo, but it's still pretty powerful if you aim it right. Like before, open with Windstorm to get the stun on the target(s). Windstorm is a ranged ability that follows a line in front of you, so aim carefully. Once a target is hit, follow up with the deadly combo with Fire Whirl to go for the kill.
