PvP battles are the bread and butter of Roblox Type Soul, but they can be tough to win if you don’t have the best combination of skills and items. This may leave you wondering what the best Soul Reaper build is in Type Soul.

For a strong Soul Reaper build, you’ll need to choose between Shikai and Bankai, pick the best weapon, and select the essence. Maxing out your character is the best way to become a threat to all opponents, but it can be too time-consuming and resource-intensive. That’s why my goal was to create the best Soul Reaper build using more easily available resources. While there are many combinations, I found this particular build to be great for me:

It’s a no-brainer to use a Dagger or Longsword, as they are the best Soul Reaper weapons in Type Soul. However, since they are so hard to obtain, you should focus on getting Katana. It has excellent damage and range, and is easy to use, especially when combined with the Shikai and Essence.

Between Shikai and Bankai, I chose Shikai because I prefer his abilities combined with Katana. While Blood, Theatre and Flower are great Shikai choices in Type Soul, I chose Zangetsu. His block-breaking attacks are perfect combined with my fast katana. I was able to defeat most opponents, although many of them were stronger (in theory). My favorite Zangetsu ability is Mushin, because it deals with whirlwind attacks that push opponents back.
