The Dex/Int Star-Lined Sword can be found by defeating Demi-Human Queen Marigga after unlocking the Cerulean Coast in the southwestern region of the Land of Shadows. For players who enjoyed using the Moonveil in the Elden Ring base game, the Star-Lined Sword is a definitive upgrade introduced in Shadow of the Erdtree.
To find Demi-Human Queen Marigga, you’ll need to head to Charo’s Hidden Grave, an area marked with red flowers, as opposed to the typical blue flowers scattered across the Cerulean Coast. This location is located directly beneath Gravesite Plain, and you’ll encounter a few aggressive enemies along the way. Once you encounter the Demi-Human Queen, be prepared for a challenging fight. Defeating her will earn you the Star-Lined Sword; however, you’ll need to meet the Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence requirements to use it in battle.
